Last thursday I started the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. And let me just say, that shit is hard! I am only on the first level, and just today am I not feeling a little sore. I hope to continue on the level one for another 6 days, then switch to level 2 for 10 days then level 3 for another 10. I hope to do this until wedding day so I need to stay motivated. I did read a post by someone who had done the workout, and she said she lost 7 pounds! I could definitely use that. Let's cross our fingers. I'll keep an update (when I remember). But I am already feeling stronger (a fitter) after only 4 days!
PS.. I WILL look like Jillian! ;)
